Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Overview:

• Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Benefit: Commission + AWS + Bonus (Transport reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients locally and across Intra-Asia.

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and increase overseas routing orders.

• Proposals & Tenders: Prepare pitch presentations, process RFQs/bids, and negotiate commercial terms with clients and logistics service providers.

• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams for seamless execution and service delivery.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, carrier performance, and competitor movements to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven track record in Business Development / Sales within the Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding industry.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship management skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
