Supply Chain Manager (West Region, MNC, Manufacturing)

Core Responsibilities

• Operations & Inventory: Oversee daily supply chain workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, plan workforce deployment, and ensure on-time order fulfillment in coordination with Production, Sales, and Finance.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage reliable vendor relationships to support uninterrupted supply chain operations.

• Process Optimization & Analytics: Analyze supply chain metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), and implement upgraded logistics technologies/ERP tools.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety (SOPs, 5S framework), trade compliance, environmental standards, and ISO quality management guidelines.

• Team Leadership: Supervise section staff, establish internal peer/buddy support systems, foster cross-training, and drive a collaborative work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Hazardous Substance Management) are an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain operational experience with a proven track record in team leadership.

• Strong proficiency in ERP software, inventory systems, logistics applications, and data-driven analysis.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, trade/safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies; excellent cross-functional communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
