Project Executive – Exhibitions, Fit-Out & Festive Installations

About Our Client

With more than 50 years of industry experience, our client delivers creative installations for shopping malls, festive celebrations, exhibitions, corporate activations and national events.

This is a hands-on project role for someone who enjoys working on-site and seeing drawings and concepts transformed into actual physical installations.

What You Will Handle

• Conduct site surveys and take accurate site measurements
• Read and interpret floor plans, technical drawings and installation layouts
• Support projects from planning and fabrication through installation and dismantling
• Coordinate materials, production schedules, manpower, delivery and site arrangements
• Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors and production teams
• Supervise installation teams and monitor workmanship and finishing quality
• Attend site meetings and resolve production or installation issues
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and site requirements
• Support late-night, weekend or after-mall-hours installations during peak periods when required

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of relevant project or site-coordination experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Interior renovation or retail fit-out
• Millwork, carpentry or fabrication
• Exhibition booths and event installations
• Signage and advertising production
• Visual merchandising and mall displays
• Festive decorations
• Design-and-build projects

• Comfortable taking site measurements and coordinating physical installation works
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Practical, hands-on and comfortable working both in the office and on-site
• Able to coordinate contractors, suppliers and installation teams
• Willing to support late-night or weekend installation and dismantling works when required
• Diploma in Project Management, Building, Engineering, Interior Design, Events or a related discipline is preferred
• Candidates with stronger relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Project Executive position
