Job Summary

Get Out! Events seeks a Junior Events Manager with 2-3 years’ experience to lead corporate events from planning to execution, coordinating teams, clients, and vendors to deliver seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage corporate events end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client objectives and smooth execution from briefing to post-event follow-up
• Coordinate event timelines, logistics, vendor management, venue arrangements, and all event requirements to meet project goals
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify deliverables, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly
• Support on-site event operations by overseeing setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless event flow on event day
• Track and manage project details including budgets, quotations, and administrative documentation accurately to maintain financial and operational control
• Manage multiple concurrent event projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an events agency or corporate events environment
• Strong project coordination skills demonstrated by managing event logistics and timelines to successful completion
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure event objectives are met
• Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing event components and following through on timelines

Other Information

• Full-time position based in Singapore
• Salary range: SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,200 per month
• Working hours: Weekdays, 10am to 6pm with Friday work-from-home option
