AI Solutions & Project Management Intern

About the Role

AIPILOT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive and organised AI Solutions & Project Management Intern to support the implementation of AI-powered education and business solutions.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional internship suitable for someone interested in technology, project management and customer engagement. You will assist with product testing, project coordination, deployment preparation, documentation, research and client support while gaining exposure to real-world AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of AI solution projects involving clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.

• Maintain project trackers, meeting records, action items, schedules, and customer feedback.

• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing, document identified issues, and track them through resolution.

• Support product demonstrations, equipment preparation, on-site deployments, user training, and after-sales activities.

• Gather user requirements and consolidate feedback for review by the technical team.

• Research tender requirements, government programmes, market trends, competing products, and potential solutions.

• Assist in preparing proposals, tender documents, presentation slides, reports, and other business materials.

• Assist with the localisation and review of English- and Chinese-language product interfaces, documents, and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in AI, software products, and technology implementation.

• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear and professional documentation.

• Basic understanding of software systems with a willingness to learn technical troubleshooting.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

• Willing to travel to client or school sites within Singapore when required.
