Accounts Payable/Receivable Executive (Pre-School)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records
• Follow up on collection
• Receipts process and relevant accounting records
• Record bills for invoices received
• Prepare quarterly GST report
• Prepare GST reassessment report
• Prepare withholding tax filing
• Provides administrative and secretarial support to Director and team as required
• Laise with vendors and principals for orders, etc
• Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field
• Two years finance/accounting experience will have added advantage.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Able to converse in mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking vendors/employees
