- Tenders and Contracts: Help choose builders and write fair agreements.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Make clear lists of materials and sizes needed for the job.
- Cost Control: Watch spending during the project to stop money waste.
- Variation Orders (VOs): Price out any changes or extra work added mid-project.
- Final Accounts: Close out money matters and settle final bills when the project ends
To assist & manage account & invoices for projects. To work closely & support the project managers.
