E Commerce Executive

We are a Singapore fashion and beauty retail group looking for individual who is keen to join the fast growing e commerce business.

You will get to be involved in the below scope of work:

1. Manage and coordinate related work with external KOL / influencers that are working with us.
2. Provide support during live streaming sessions including assisting live hosts with the products and also handling backend enquiries.
3. Creating marketing contents with main focus on video for tiktok, IG reels and our other social media platforms.
4. Promotion and campaign planning for sales on various marketplace platforms including Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee and Woo Commerce.
5. Operation related work such as customer service and stock management.
6. For those who have no prior experiences, we will provide hands on guidance and training.

You are the one we are looking for if you are:

• Able to carry out editing work for photo (photoshop) and video editing (capcut).
• Keen and interested in WOMEN fashion and beauty trends and products.
• Able to work independently with good initiative.
• Able to work in shifts as some live streaming sessions will be held during night.
• Open to the possibility of appearing on live streamings on platforms such as Tiktok and Shopee.
