Position: BIM Manager - Upto SGD 12,000 per Month

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed-Use building developments across Singapore. Due to multiple newly awarded projects, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E) to lead BIM implementation and multidisciplinary coordination for Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services works throughout the project lifecycle. This role will work closely with Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP teams to deliver high-quality digital construction solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead BIM implementation and digital coordination for Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services works across major building projects.
• Manage BIM teams responsible for MEP modelling, coordination and project delivery.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards and digital construction workflows.
• Oversee the development, review and coordination of MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination involving Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes, technical issues and constructability challenges.
• Review BIM models, shop drawings and coordinated models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM milestones.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company standards, project specifications and authority requirements.
• Promote digital construction initiatives and BIM best practices across projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or similar leadership role managing BIM teams.
• Strong experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services systems for large-scale building projects.
• Good multidisciplinary coordination experience involving Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM collaboration software.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), clash detection, digital coordination and model management.
• Experience with a Main Contractor will be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
