Position: Assistant BIM Manager - Upto SGD 9,500 per Month

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering large-scale Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use developments across Singapore. With multiple newly awarded projects and continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Assistant BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, digital coordination and multidisciplinary design integration across major building construction projects. Candidates with exposure to Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP disciplines will be highly regarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the BIM Manager in managing BIM implementation across large-scale building construction projects.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, procedures and digital construction workflows.
• Coordinate the development, review and integration of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Assist in coordinating Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP and other project disciplines where applicable.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and support the resolution of design, technical and constructability issues.
• Review BIM models, shop drawings and coordination drawings to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Assist the BIM Manager in monitoring BIM deliverables and project milestones.
• Support digital construction initiatives and promote BIM best practices across projects.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, project requirements and relevant authority regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the BIM Manager or Project Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Assistant BIM Manager will be highly advantageous.
• Good multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience involving Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Exposure to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM collaboration software.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model management and digital construction processes.
• Experience with a Main Contractor will be highly advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple project teams and delivering BIM milestones within project schedules.
