About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Violin/Piano Teachers who are passionate about teaching meaningfully and growing with the studio. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility in their teaching schedule and the opportunity to contribute ideas while gaining teaching experience.

Compensation & Earnings

• Competitive commission based on experience
• Performance bonus incentives based on student retention

Earnings depend on teaching load, retention, and schedule availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct violin or piano lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop students’ musical understanding, technique, and confidence
• Prepare students for graded ABRSM/Trinity, recitals, and competitions
• Monitor and track student progress
• Maintain a positive, passionate attitude towards teaching
• Contribute ideas for new programmes and curriculum

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Music / Performance or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of violin techniques and music theory
• Experience teaching young beginners (age 3–6) and adults
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Responsible, patient, and student-focused
• English-speaking (multilingual is a plus)

BONUS:

- Performance or competition coaching experience
