Investment Advisory Intern

Your role is to assist Senior Wealth and Financial Director in identifying market opportunities, prospecting and closing sales as well as analyze how investment products fit into a client’s long-term protection and legacy planning.

Job Description

1. Investment Research & Analysis
Analyze financial products to assess their risk-return profiles.
Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on various financial assets.
Monitor global market trends and summarize their impact on client portfolios.
Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking of different investment products.

2. Portfolio Support & Reporting
Assist in the preparation of financial and investment proposal decks and monthly portfolio performance reviews.
Assist in preparing financial portfolio summaries that consolidate a client's existing portfolio, coverage gaps, and investment performance.
Draft investment proposals tailored to specific life stages (e.g., education planning for children or retirement legacy).

3. Client & Sales Operation

Conducting sales and support in meeting sales targets.
Shadowing client meetings to record minutes and track follow-up actions (e.g., account opening, KYC documentation).
Assisting in onboarding of clients
Track sales performance data and incentive tiers for the team
