Job Title: Clinic Front Desk Assistant (TCM Clinic)

Location: Near Serangoon Central (Postal Code 550326), convenient transportation

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time, flexible working hours negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients bilingually in English and Mandarin

• Provide front desk services including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and inquiries

• Assist physicians and coordinate with therapists for treatment preparations

• Assist in simple dispensing duties (training provided)

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and manage daily supplies

• Support general clinic administration and paperwork

Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written)

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong customer service mindset, detail-oriented and responsible

• Prior front desk experience in clinic, healthcare, or service industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) is a plus

• Prior work or living experience in Malaysia or Singapore is a plus

• Valid work pass holder preferred

任职要求：

• 良好的中英文听说读写能力

• 具备基本电脑操作能力

• 服务意识强，细心、耐心、责任心

• 有诊所、医疗或服务行业前台经验者优先

• 会使用视频剪辑软件（如剪映、CapCut等）者优先

• 有马来西亚或新加坡生活/工作经验者优先

• 持有合法工作准证者优先
