Safety Officer/ WSH Coordinator (Urgent/West/Up to $4.8k!)

The Opportunity:

• Opportunity to work in a top government R&D agency in Singapore
• Location: West, Nearest Boon Lay/Jurong
• Basic Salary: Up to $4,800
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
• 6-month contract (with an option to extend to 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and permit-to-work reviews
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Deliver safety training, inductions, and emergency drills
• Support emergency response planning and promote a positive safety culture across the workplace

Job Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or a valid WSHO licence
• Relevant experience in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Good communication and report-writing skills in English
• Experience in laboratory or research environments is an advantage
