Warehouse cum Delivery Driver

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining proper stock handling and organization, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load and unload goods for customer orders and deliveries.
• Perform daily deliveries and collections to/from customers and suppliers.
• Receive incoming goods and ensure quantities and items are correct.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain the assigned company vehicle and report any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with office, sales and production teams on deliveries and collections.
• Assist with other general warehouse and operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence [to confirm].
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to plan delivery routes efficiently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with loading, unloading and handling goods.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Able to work well with other team members.
• Basic warehouse or delivery experience is preferred but not essential.
• Willing to learn and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• 5.5-day work week

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or delivery operations.
• Forklift licence would be an advantage [if applicable].
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control.
• Good driving record with a strong awareness of road and workplace safety.
