[MNC] Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyse sales, logistics and supply chain data.

• Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for cost improvement.

• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve operational issues.

• Review logistics invoices and ensure billing accuracy.

• Maintain accurate pricing, logistics and business-related data.

• Assist with planning, pricing and supply chain improvement projects.

• Prepare data analysis and dashboards to support business decisions.

• Work with different stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics or a related discipline.

• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or business analysis.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.

• Good understanding of logistics costs, pricing, reporting and supply chain processes.
