Marketing / Sales Manager (Electrical / Power Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execute business development strategies within assigned market sectors.
• Formulate and implement targeted sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Engage closely with clients and design engineers to establish product specifications and technical requirements.
• Lead technical clarifications to resolve client inquiries and deliver aligned technical solutions.
• Proactively explore new market opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with established network contacts in Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Power Plants, or EPC contractors.
• Demonstrated track record in technical sales, market penetration, and key account management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
