Quality Assurance Inspector (EMS / Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and visual checks on components and racks, paying close attention to fine details and small print.
• Document inspection findings by taking clear photos and maintaining digital records.
• Transfer, organize, and save documentation and inspection files onto shared network drives.
• Print required identification labels and affix them accurately onto designated racks.
• Send basic email notifications and shift status updates regarding inspection outcomes.
• Execute physical duties such as working at heights and performing team lifts for items weighing 10 to 20 kg.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced night shift environment.

Requirements

• Basic written and spoken English skills for operational communication and reporting.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with email, handling digital photos, and file management on shared drives.
• Excellent visual acuity to inspect small details and read fine print accurately.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physical tasks, including co-assisted lifting of up to 20 kg.
• Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule under a 4-3-3-4 rotation.
• Strong attention to detail, good attendance record, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
