ACMV Sales Engineer (ACMV / Japanese MNC)

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales for ACMV equipment, cooling towers, and pump systems tailored for commercial and industrial applications.
• Service and expand existing customer accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Attend to sales inquiries, deliver technical sales support, and address site-related matters for clients.
• Conduct regular site and office visits to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Monitor customer payment statuses and assist with receivables collection.
• Support the full spectrum of M&E project needs and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, NiTEC, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in ACMV equipment, preferably with expertise in cooling towers or pump systems.
• Background in HVAC project engineering or pump systems sales will also be considered.
• Demonstrated track record in new sales development, account servicing, and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, independent, customer-driven, and highly responsible.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
