Warehouse Supervisor (Retail)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in-house operations.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: East Singapore
• Working Hours: 5.5 days; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to S$4,500 + AWS + Annual Performance Bonus

The Job:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory movements, storage and stock accuracy
• Coordinate order preparation, fulfilment and dispatch activities
• Plan daily manpower and provide guidance to the warehouse team
• Provide hands-on operational support during daily and peak activities
• Work with internal teams to resolve operational and inventory issues
• Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Ensure operational procedures and safety standards are followed

The Talent:

• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG
• Prior experience in an in-house warehouse environment will be preferred
• Experience leading and managing warehouse staff
• Good knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations
• Hands-on with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous
• Exposure to e-commerce or omni-channel fulfilment would be advantageous
• Possess Class 3 Driving License would be an added advantage
