Senior Manager, Warehouse & Operations Excellence – SEA

Our client — a leading 3PL/4PL group across Southeast Asia — is hiring a Senior Manager to lead warehouse and logistics excellence across multiple markets. You'll standardize operations, drive automation and ESG adoption, and be the regional go-to expert on 3PL/4PLstrategy.

You'll:

• Build the regional operations excellence roadmap and KPI dashboards (OTIF, ROI, automation, ESG)
• Standardize processes and QA practices across markets, without losing local nuance
• Drive Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives to boost efficiency
• Champion automation, WMS/TMS, and digital transformation
• Scale proven digital solutions across countries
• Embed ESG and green logistics into operations
• Partner with Country Managers, Finance, IT, HR, and BD teams

You bring:

• 10+ years in healthcare logistics/warehouse ops, 5+ in management
• A structured, data-driven approach to standardizing multi-market operations
• Strong analytics, project management, and stakeholder influence
• Bachelor's required (Master's/MBA a plus) — Life Sciences or Business preferred
• Fluent English required; other Asian languages a plus
