We are looking for future restaurant leaders who want to develop both professional Japanese kitchen skills and restaurant management skills.
Our goal is to train people who can eventually become:
Sushi Chef
→ Playing Manager
→ Restaurant Manager
→ Multi-Outlet Manager
In the future, successful team members may have the opportunity to manage multiple restaurant outlets within our company.
What You Will Learn
This is a unique opportunity to learn both Kitchen + Floor Management.
KITCHEN SKILLS
You will receive hands-on training in:
- Sushi preparation and sushi skills
- Japanese cuisine
- Sashimi and seafood handling
- Charcoal grilling / Robatayaki
- Food preparation and kitchen operations
- Food quality and kitchen management
Our experienced Sushi Chef will personally guide and train you.
FLOOR & MANAGEMENT SKILLS
You will also learn:
- Japanese-style hospitality
- Customer service
- Floor operations
- Sake and Japanese beverage knowledge
- Food and sake recommendations
- Sales and upselling
- Staff training
- Team leadership
- Restaurant operations
- Restaurant management
Our restaurant management team will train you directly in how to operate and eventually lead a restaurant.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about food and restaurants
- Interested in Japanese cuisine and sushi
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Positive and energetic
- Responsible and reliable
- Comfortable working in both the kitchen and service floor
- Interested in developing leadership and management skills
- Looking to build a long-term career in the F&B industry
Some F&B experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not necessary.
Your attitude, passion and willingness to grow are more important.

SALARY
S$2,800 – S$3,600 per month
Starting salary depends on experience, skills and ability.
