Lead Architectural Coordinator / Deputy Architectural Manager

About the Role:

well-established main contractor involved in public housing, healthcare, and institutional developments. They are seeking experienced Lead Architectural Manager/Coordinator to oversee coordination works and ensure architectural details are executed to design intent and authority standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural coordination between consultants, C&S, and M&E teams.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues on site to maintain design integrity.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, material submissions, and authority-related documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with BCA, URA, SCDF, MOH, and other authority requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in reporting progress and ensuring timely completion of works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in architectural coordination for HDB or institutional projects.
• Familiar with local authority submission procedures and construction detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
