Build a business from zero. A fast-growing fintech is looking for an entrepreneurial structured finance leader to pioneer and scale its Structured Finance franchise as a brand-new strategic growth pillar with an initial focus on infrastructure and project financing.

The Opportunity

You'll have enterprise-wide visibility, direct access to the CEO, and real autonomy to shape strategy, structure, and team from day one.

What You'll Own

• Full commercial ownership of the structured finance strategy and product roadmap
• Origination, structuring, execution, and syndication of complex transactions from scratch
• Building your own network of corporates, sponsors, investors, and strategic partners
• Shaping how Product, Credit, Risk, Treasury, and Legal work with a new business line
• Spotting and capturing new financing opportunities in the digital economy
• Leading negotiations and building/mentoring your own high-performing team
• Establishing the bank's market position and reputation in digital infrastructure financing

What You'll Bring

• 12+ years leading structured finance, syndicated lending, or infrastructure finance, ideally with experience building or scaling a business, not just running one
• A strong personal origination track record and comfort owning deals end-to-end
• A builder's mindset energized by ambiguity, ownership, and moving fast
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary transaction teams
