Early Years Educator (Kindergarten)

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate Early Years Educators to teach at Brainy Bunch International Montessori, Singapore (Kindergarten), fostering young learners' development through engaging and nurturing educational practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate Montessori teaching to support early childhood development and learning outcomes
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children
• Monitor and assess children’s progress to tailor educational approaches effectively
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s holistic development and well-being

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess knowledge of Arabic language to enhance communication in the classroom
