Human Resources Business Partner (Learning & Development)
About this job
Reporting to Regional Manager, Learning & Development (L&D), this position will support and execute L&D strategies, action plans and activities across Singapore and Asia Pacific region through partnership with Management, Business Leaders and other HR colleagues. This role will also support implementation of Global HR Management and Regional HR initiatives in Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in reviewing and updating L&D strategy, competency frameworks and learning roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Provide support in implementation of L&D initiatives to develop future leaders within Companies.
- Coordinate leadership and talent development programmes, including planning, vendor liaison, participant communication and programme evaluation.
- Conduct learning needs analysis, prepare total learning plan reports and provide recommendations and solutions on appropriate training roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Manage and evaluate training providers and programme delivery to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and achievement of learning objectives.
- Review and update L&D processes, monitor training evaluation completion and support training-related internal and external audits.
- Manage training administration such as maintaining training records, generating training statistics, handling training applications and grants and coordinating training programmes.
- Plan and coordinate company-wide group orientation programmes for new hires.
- Support Global Human Resource Management and regional HR initiatives, including annual employee engagement surveys and HR activities across Asia Pacific region.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, events and other initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development.
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, resourceful and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to travel locally to other offices when required.
