Engineer, Technical & Sales Support

Reporting to Manager, Technical Support, this position is responsible for providing technical support to customers, proposing solutions for customers’ technical issues and building strong customer relationships. The person will also be involved in product introduction, collecting market trends and information and handling sales support activities such as data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver strong technical and sales support to customers, including troubleshooting, solutions recommendation on technical issues, and relationship building through regular visits
• Drive business growth and sales expansion by promoting products to potential customers
• Prepare and conduct presentations on Company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Explore new opportunities and increase brand awareness in the markets.
• Monitor and report technical support activities to management
• Work closely with internal and overseas stakeholders, including Japan Headquarter and other branch offices, to ensure effective communication and information sharing among the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 2 years of working experience in customer, sales or technical support
• Diploma holders with more years of experience can be considered
• Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to prepare technical reports and documentation
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Overseas travel is required
