Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions by arranging trainers and preparing training materials
• Collect and analyze feedback from learners and trainers to evaluate training program effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training records including attendance, feedback, and completion status for learners
• Ensure training programs comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct market research to engage new trainers and identify relevant new courses
• Respond promptly to enquiries and quotations from trainers and learners to support smooth training operations
• Manage multiple training programs simultaneously to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers and learners through effective communication

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree qualification (fresh graduates welcome)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely, quality work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage trainers and learners effectively
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and maintain records
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of training materials
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
