Facilities Electrical Engineer (West / 1 year / Up to $6k!)

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to join a global leader in cold-chain and transport refrigeration technology
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm
• Location: West, Nearest MRT Boon Lay/Pioneer
• 1 year contract (Extendable based on performance)
• Salary up to $6k!

Job Scope

• Oversee maintenance of building systems including electrical, HVAC, MV, compressed air, and P&S systems
• Drive predictive maintenance and AI/IoT initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency
• Manage utilities systems including HT/LT power, energy monitoring, water, and gas supply
• Lead facility repair, upgrade, and improvement projects
• Review vendor submissions and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Implement IFM strategies to optimize maintenance operations and control costs

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in facilities maintenance, utilities, or engineering operations
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
• Proficient in digital tools and able to work effectively with stakeholders in a team environment
