Operations Admin (Logistics)

Job Summary

This desk-based role is responsible for supporting daily business operations by managing administrative tasks and coordinating logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications to schedule deliveries and collections, promptly responding to inquiries and service requests
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
• Prepare and process shipping documentation for assigned customer accounts in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Perform administrative duties that enhance overall operational efficiency
• Perform jobs assigned to you

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in English (read, write, speak) to communicate effectively in daily operations
• Ability to speak Chinese is advantageous to support communication with clients and staff who use Chinese

Other Information

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Overtime as required
• Rest days on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays

Salary

• Basic salary SGD 2000-2200 per month, with CPF
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate, CPF included
