Senior Executive/Executive - Facilities Management - Up to $5500 | East/West

Summary Benefits:

Job Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate daily facilities management and maintenance activities across designated sites.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients/users on facilities management matters.

• Monitor M&E systems, maintenance works, contractors, and service quality to ensure contract and KPI requirements are met.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules, site activities, and improvement works with the Project Manager and relevant teams.

• Oversee site works and assist with site measurements, documentation, and record keeping.

• Maintain accurate site records and update the centralized facilities management system.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

• Support staff induction, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with Fire Safety Management, emergency preparedness, and Green Mark initiatives where required.

• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience preferred.

• Fire Safety Manager certification and GMAP/GMFM certification are preferred.
