Senior Sales Development Manager(Hydrogen/Green Energy/LNG)

• Drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for green energy, hydrogen, biochemicals, and renewable carbon solutions. Manage pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and secure confirmed orders and recurring offtake agreements.
• Develop and execute the regional M&A strategy and innovative business models to expand market footprint. Oversee strategic project portfolios, risk assessments, and financial modeling for new ventures.
• Partner closely with operations to align sales commitments with product availability, quality specs, and logistics, ensuring all contracts are realistic and executable.
• Analyze regional trends, competitor activities, and market pricing. Prepare detailed business plans and strategic reports for executive leadership to guide market priorities.
• Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with buyers, traders, industrial users, and key commercial stakeholders.

Jobs requirement

• Master / Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years working in robust B2B sales, commercial, or business development experience, strictly focused on green energy, hydrogen, biochemicals, or environmental commodities.
• Deep understanding of complex supply chains, pricing structures, financial modeling, and operational fulfillment.
• Commercially driven, hands-on, and resilient, with excellent negotiation and senior-level stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willing to work in the West area of Singapore (e.g., Pioneer / Boon Lay / Lakeside).
