Job Summary

Lead and manage commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives across multiple regional markets to drive business growth, partnerships, and organizational development in a digital health technology company.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Commercial Management

• Lead commercial activities including business negotiations, strategic partnership development, and commercial discussions to drive company growth
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Manage formal business correspondence, commercial communications, and stakeholder engagement to maintain strong relationships
• Structure commercial terms, oversee contract execution, and manage contractual risks to safeguard company interests

Business & Project Management

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across Singapore and Hong Kong to achieve business objectives
• Drive business development initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and other regional markets to expand market presence
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders to support sustainable growth

Operations Management

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily company operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, operational processes, and business workflows for operational excellence

Marketing & Brand Development

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate growth objectives to drive market expansion
• Lead corporate branding, marketing initiatives, and business promotion activities to enhance brand visibility
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and strategic branding efforts to engage target audiences

Finance & Compliance

• Coordinate financial operations with the finance team including budgeting, payment approvals, and financial controls to maintain fiscal discipline
• Liaise with external accounting firms, legal advisors, tax consultants, and professional service providers to ensure compliance
• Oversee compliance-related matters to ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and mitigate risks

Human Resources & Team Management

• Develop recruitment strategies and oversee key hiring initiatives to build a capable workforce
• Supervise HR operations and support organizational development to foster a productive work environment
• Lead team management, performance monitoring, and capability development to enhance team effectiveness

Government & External Relations

• Represent the company in meetings with government agencies, healthcare institutions, industry associations, and strategic partners to advance company interests
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities to support business objectives
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance visibility and partnerships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in business operations, commercial management, strategic partnerships, or corporate management
• Experience working with regional markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong)
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for communication with China-based stakeholders
• Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and business writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing organization
