Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Training Executive to deliver engaging learning experiences in media, design, and AI. This role focuses on training delivery, facilitation, and operational support, ideal for those who enjoy working directly with learners and bringing content to life.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct classroom and workshop sessions teaching graphic design using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to develop practical skills
• Deliver photography and videography lessons covering shooting and editing fundamentals to enhance learner creativity
• Teach AI tools and applications, including Automation, LLMs and generative AI, to equip learners with current digital competencies
• Facilitate hands-on activities, exercises, and learner projects to reinforce skill application
• Provide clear, actionable guidance and support to learners during sessions to maximize engagement and understanding
• Deliver constructive feedback to learners to support continuous improvement and learning outcomes

Training Operations Support

• Prepare and set up training sessions and materials to ensure readiness and smooth delivery
• Manage attendance and maintain accurate learner records for programme tracking
• Support basic administrative documentation to facilitate programme operations
• Ensure smooth execution of training sessions by coordinating logistics and resolving issues promptly

Collaboration & Development

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and compliance to align training with organisational goals
• Stay updated on emerging trends in media, design, and AI tools to keep training content relevant and innovative
• Continuously improve training delivery methods and materials based on learner feedback and industry developments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) preferred
• Relevant experience in training, media, content creation, or related fields preferred
• Strong working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital workflows
• Confident public speaking skills and ability to engage adult learners
• Good organisational and time management skills
