Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for the full setsof financial statements for the subsidiary companies and ensure monthlyfinancial reports and schedules the financial statements are preparedaccurately and timely

2. Perform daily accounting andfinance duties including AR, AP processes, GL, tax, and bank reconciliation

3. Prepare monthly cash flowprojection, annual budget and ad-hoc forecast

4. Prepare statutory filingsincluding financial statements and tax related (corporate and GST)

5. Liaise with the auditors toensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financialstatements

6. Ensure effective management andinternal controls are in place

7. Any other assignments or dutiesassigned

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting withprofessional qualification preferred

2. Minimum 2-5 years workingexperience preferably in the real estate sector

3. Possess strong analyticalskills, meticulous with high level of integrity

4. Able to multi-task, cope withurgent request and have worked in a fast pace environment

5. Proactive team player with astrong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a "can do"attitude

6. Good oral and writtencommunications

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel,Word and PowerPoint and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision)and Cognos will be an advantage

8. Knowledge of SingaporeFinancial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

9. Flexible, an inquisitive mindand keen to learn and pick up new finance work
