Personal Banker/Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading foreign bank, is seeking an experienced relationship manager to join their Retail banking department.

Main Tasks and Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service for retail banking products.
• Handle personal loan applications efficiently.
• Conduct marketing campaigns for bank cards and other personal products in batches.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with VIP customers.
• Offer financial advice and promote financial products to retail customers.
• Keep clients informed about their portfolios and new product offerings.
• Generate reports on product performance and business trends.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related field preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle personal loan applications and provide financial advice.
5. Experience in marketing bank cards and other retail banking products.
6. Proven ability to maintain and manage relationships with customers.
7. Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure.
8. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
