Job Summary

Provide Level 1 and 2 end user support for global markets by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, coordinating vendor support, installing software, and delivering user training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and 2 end user support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently for global users
• Diagnose hardware and software failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Resolve problems related to supported End User Equipment and Software to maintain operational continuity
• Coordinate with third-party software and hardware vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of End User Equipment and Software
• Install software and applications according to organizational standards and user requirements
• Synchronize application settings to meet specific environment requirements for optimal performance
• Relocate computer devices and peripherals to support workspace changes and ensure minimal disruption
• Set up end user profiles for applications to enable proper access and functionality
• Provide desk-side orientation training sessions up to 30 minutes to familiarize end users with new or updated IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) tasks
• Assist in escalation processes and provide technical guidance to Junior Engineers within the support team

Other information:
The candidate must be commit to the following working hours (on rotating basis), eligible for attendance allowance monthly.
7.30am - 5.00pm
9.00am - 6.30pm
12.30pm - 10.00pm
