BOUTIQUE SECURITY CONCIERGE OFFICER

Job Description:

• Monitor access control systems and ensure authorised entry into the premises.
• Conduct security patrols and inspections where required.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prepare occurrence reports and maintain accurate records of incidents.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Officer
• RTT and OBSE certified
• 1 notification available
• Well-groomed with personal full black suit
• Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Shift roster: 6 days work week, off day will depend on roster
