Maintenance Technician | 12-Hour Shift | AWS + Variable Bonus

Our client, an established manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair activities within its production facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Maintain equipment including injection moulding machines, robots, mould temperature controllers, chillers, hopper dryers, dehumidifiers, hot runner controllers and conveyor belts.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement timely corrective actions.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Perform injection screw and barrel maintenance and servicing.
• Record equipment faults, maintenance work, repairs and spare parts used.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs and workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• NTC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
• Able to understand equipment instructions, maintenance documentation and safety procedures.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working the assigned 12-hour shift.

Working Hours

12-hour shift under a 3-4-4-3 roster:

• Day Shift: 7:00am–7:00pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm–7:00am
• Rest days based on the assigned roster

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: S$1,800–S$2,600, depending on relevant experience
• Day-Shift Allowance: S$15 per worked shift
• Night-Shift Allowance: S$20 per worked shift
• Attendance Allowance: S$100 per month
