Salary Range：2800-3300

Working Hours:

Monday : from 07300hr to 1630hr

Tuesday : from 07300hr to 1630hr

Wednesday: from 07300hr to 1630hr

Thursday: from 07300hr to 1630hr

Friday: from 07300hr to 1600hr

Inclusive of ½ hour lunch break from Monday to Friday.

(Tentative working hours, subjected to change based on school time table)

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scopes:

1. Training and Instruction

• Conduct ad-hoc workshops for staff on designated software applications

• Assist teachers in preparing students with necessary ICT skills prior to lessons

• Deliver ICT lessons to students on Google Suite Apps and Chrome/Android applications at basic and intermediate proficiency levels

• Support and enhance teacher ICT competency development

• Provide student training in photo/video editing software and guidance for media-related competitions

• Collaborate with media club for school and CCA events

2. Media Production and Documentation

• Document key school events through photography and videography, including post-processing

• Collaborate with departments and committees to create lesson guides, instructional videos, and event-based content (e.g. NDP videos)

• All intellectual property produced belongs to the school

3. Technical Support

• Provide teleconferencing support for MS Teams and Google Meet

• Conduct regular functionality checks of projectors and AV systems

• Deliver operational support for AV equipment as required

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for teachers and students

• Train class representatives in basic troubleshooting and AV equipment operation

4. Administrative and Maintenance Tasks

• Maintain and update school ICT web portal and digital signage content

• Monitor equipment loan processes and assist IT Department with monthly and annual asset stock-takes

• Maintain and update departmental records regularly

Requirements:

1.Qualification

Certification in relevant ICT/multimedia disciplines

2.Software Proficiency

Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent software including Canva,Google Suite Apps and Microsoft Office 2016/365 competency

Syntax and/or block-based programming knowledge (preferred)

3. Teaching & Communication Skills

Strong instructional and presentation capabilities

4. Professional Experience

Must have Minimum 3 years' experience as ICT cum AV personnel

School-based experience strongly preferred

5. Media Production Skills

Proficiency in digital camera operation (dSLR) with demonstrated photography and videography experience, including post-processing skills

6. Platform Familiarity

Working knowledge of Chrome OS (school uses Chromebooks as Personal Learning Devices)

Working knowledge of iOS functionality for school iPad management
