Job Summary

You will manage inventory and administrative tasks, coordinate rostering and payroll, and support daily attendance tracking to ensure smooth operations at the office located at 10 UBI Crescent, UBI TECHPARK.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records accurately to maintain stock control and availability
• Perform administrative duties to support office operations and team coordination
• Coordinate employee rostering and process payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation
• Track daily attendance and report data to support operational management
• Collaborate closely with the operations manager to facilitate smooth daily workflows
• Use Microsoft Office tools effectively to document, communicate, and organize work tasks
• Adapt to flexible office hours while maintaining productivity and teamwork

• Ability to work well within a team environment and coordinate tasks among colleagues
