Job Summary

Take overall responsibility for delivering safe, high-quality Interim Caregiver Services (ICS) at clients’ homes, supervising and guiding caregivers, and coordinating care with social workers, nurses, and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and quality of ICS services delivered to clients in their homes by implementing and monitoring care standards
• Supervise and provide guidance to Interim Caregivers (Nursing Aides) to maintain high performance and competency
• Monitor and evaluate Nursing Aides’ skills and competencies to ensure effective care delivery
• Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills
• Liaise effectively with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate and adjust care requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse
