Assistant Operations Manager, SEA - Premium Fashion/Town/S$7000

A leading premium lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager, SEA to oversee retail operations across Singapore. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing store performance, and leading high-performing retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multi-store retail operations to ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams to drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, identify improvement opportunities, and provide on-site coaching.
• Drive sales productivity by monitoring retail KPIs, analysing performance trends, and implementing improvement plans.
• Ensure excellence in customer experience, service standards, and store presentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Training, Finance, and Logistics to execute retail initiatives.
• Oversee operational readiness for new store openings, renovations, and retail projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements while managing operational risks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-store leadership role.
• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or sportswear retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing retail KPIs and driving store performance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting tools.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
