About this job

The Broadcast Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring, managing, and ensuring

the seamless transmission of live and pre-recorded events. This includes quality control,

Troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams to maintain broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Preparation of playlists and TX suites and then executing live sports events (especially Tennis, Formula 1 racing, Soccer, Padel, Rugby, etc.).

2. Handling of LIVE playlists which include the firing of graphics for commercial requirements as well as service disruption from the service provider or source.

3. Ensure the accurate scheduling and timing of live content, managing any last-minute changes or adjustments. Maintain clean, accurate, end-to-end program output channels broadcast to multiple countries.

4. Monitor and ensure quality standards and playlist continuity for multiple channels, make sure playlists are running smoothly, in close partnership with our operations and Production department.

5. Proactively look for potential issues in playlists and content and amend or escalate as required

6. Establishes standard operation procedures for all transmission technologies activities which include audio/video and communications check-in.

7. Create, modify, and maintain Traffic Schedules with all events and Break information as requested.

8. Responsible for the Preparation of all emergency material in the event in case of cancellation, interruption, or bad weather conditions (LIVE Events).

9. Manage the upcoming up schedule in case of Match over run/under run & Time Management (pre- and Live Event)

10. Coordination with production teams, MCR & technical departments during live events.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of audio-visual (AV) technology involves video formats, multi-language audio tracks, understanding the equipment, setups, and troubleshooting for audio and visual systems.

2. Team player and ability to perform well under pressure.

3. Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong organizational skills and a core technical understanding are required for this role.

5. Attention to detail to ensure broadcast accuracy and compliance.

6. Should have a go-getter attitude.

7. Ability to perform in rotational shifts.
