About this job
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle daily cash management function
- Prepare bank instruction for all payment
- Prepare cash report and report on end of the day cash position
- Responsible for FX Settlement
- Daily checking and reporting of bank balances
- Assist to prepare and execute settlement of corporate loan / bonds payments, interest / coupon payments, Cross Currency Swap Settlement, FX Settlement and Investment Accounts Settlement
- Liaise with Banks or other Financial Institutions for account opening, account closing, account changes
- Liaise with Banks or other Financial Institutions to manage KYC requirements
- Liaise with relevant internal Departments for KYC related queries
- Assist in any other ad-hoc treasury related matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Banking/Finance/Accountancy
- Min 1 year of related working experience
- Attention to detail, Organized, thorough and meticulous
- Able to work within tight timeliness and ability to work in a team
