Lift Maintenance / Service Technician

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,300 Basic + Performance Incentive
Working Hours: 5.5 days Alternate Saturday
Saturday: Alternate Saturday, Half Day
Bonus: Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, parts replacement, load testing and minor repair works on lifts.
• Attend to assigned lift maintenance and servicing works according to schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical requirements.
• Support service operations in maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Attend to emergency service calls after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, servicing or related technical fields.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in lift troubleshooting, parts replacement and minor repair works.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and a good team player.
• Valid Singapore driving licence is required.
• Candidates with their own vehicle / motorbike are preferred.
