ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience (SME experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience using accounting software (e.g., Zoho, MYOB), including data entry, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting full-cycle accounting activities
• Knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and basic tax requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAble to start work on short notice preferred
• Overtime may be required. Candidates who are able to work overtime will be preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Secondary diploma or equivalent education required
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good command of English. writing & speaking.
