We are launching our firstSingapore flagship outlet and are seeking an experienced and driven RestaurantOperations Manager to join our founding team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a management role. We are looking for a leader who can help build a restaurant, develop a strong team culture, and contribute to the long-term growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

Oversee and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations

Ensure smooth service execution and exceptional guest experiences

Maintain high standards ofcleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance

Handle customer feedback andresolve service-related issues professionally

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivatefront-of-house staff

Participate in recruitment,onboarding, and training of team members

Create staff schedules and managemanpower requirements

Foster a positive, professional,and high-performance working culture

Financial & BusinessPerformance

Monitor daily sales performance andrestaurant profitability

Manage labor costs and operatingexpenses

Ensure operational efficiency whilemaintaining service standards

Support management in achievingmonthly sales targets and business objectives

Brand Development

Work closely with management andkitchen leadership to establish operational standards

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives

Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational performance

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities

Experience in Japanese diningconcepts is highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment

Strong sense of ownership andaccountability

Hands-on approach with awillingness to lead from the front

Fluent in English

Japanese & Korean Speaking Preferred

Salary

SGD 3,200 – 4,500 per month
(Commensurate with experience)
