Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out / Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, POs and LOIs within budget and schedule.

• Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and ensure scope and cost alignment.

• Monitor project costs, cash flow, margins and commercial performance.

• Administer subcontract packages, including payments, variations, claims and final accounts.

• Support change management, RFPs, contract administration and commercial reporting.

• Assist with valuations, cost control and identifying margin improvement opportunities.

• Support project completion, final accounts, retention, defects and post-completion works.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / construction.

• Snowledge of procurement, cost control, variations, claims and final accounts.

• Experience managing subcontractors and commercial contracts.

• Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
