Job Summary
Lead and manage corporate social media accounts to enhance brand image and drive business growth. Develop content strategies, coordinate campaigns, and oversee team operations to boost local brand awareness and generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term content strategies for corporate social media accounts to build and maintain a strong online brand image for the battery repair business
- Schedule and publish regular posts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to engage target audiences
- Apply in-depth knowledge of commercial policies, community guidelines, and traffic rules on overseas platforms to ensure account security and prevent policy violations
- Coordinate platform business partnerships, influencer collaborations, and branding campaigns to expand reach and impact
- Analyze social media operation data and prepare periodic performance reports to inform strategic decisions
- Manage brand identity assets such as company logo, original IP characters, and promotional materials by collaborating with designers and video editors to produce advertisements and graphic content
- Independently draft operation proposals, business documents, quotations, and weekly/monthly reports using office software with strong document organization skills
- Monitor competitor activities and design online marketing campaigns to increase local brand awareness in Singapore and generate business leads
- Establish standardized SOPs for content production, lead the social media operation team, and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in social media operations within the Singapore market and familiarity with the Southeast Asian digital landscape
- Solid knowledge of overseas social media policies and account risk management
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing content campaigns end-to-end
- Excellent document writing and data organization skills to structure formal proposals and reports
- Basic sense of brand aesthetics and experience coordinating short-video advertising and IP animation production
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese to support bilingual documentation and communication
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
